Welch Senior Living 2023 Award Recognition Marks Milestone Achievements

The company recently honored an impressive collection of over 1,700 combined years of service.

On Wednesday, November 8, Welch Senior Living associates from across the South Shore and beyond gathered to honor colleagues for their years of service milestones at Welch Senior Living.

During the annual Associate Recognition Dinner and Awards Celebration, held at Indian Pond Country Club in Kingston, associates were recognized for their time dedicated to the company in five-year increments up to forty-five years of service.

We understand that it takes a great Team to create a truly exceptional community for our Residents. You are the heart and soul of Welch Senior Living, and we are proud to have you as part of the Welch family.”
