Fitness is a way of life at The Village at Duxbury. More residents participate in fitness center programming than any other activity at The Village.

Our Fitness Center features equipment designed to reduce the impact on joints and is staffed by certified personal trainers who tailor individualized strength training programs for each resident. With state-of-the-art exercise facilities, an 18’ x 38’ heated indoor pool, and an aerobics studio, our Fitness Center offers the right environment for maintaining and improving personal health.

Water Aerobics

Balance Class
