CCRC

A continuing care retirement community, or CCRC, provides housing, services, amenities and healthcare on a community campus. The social, emotional and physical well being of residents is the focus of a CCRC. A vibrant lifestyle in a residential environment, along with personal and healthcare services when needed, allows residents to remain at a retirement community as their needs change. Services such as assisted living, Alzheimer’s/memory support and skilled nursing care are available on-site. Residents are able to stay close to their spouse, friends and neighbors while receiving extra services.
