If you answered yes to these questions, then in all likelihood, you can afford a new home at The Village. The transfer of equity in your house allows for the purchase of your new home while Social Security and other incomes pay the Monthly Service Fees.
We Are More Affordable Than You Think
The Monthly Service Fee includes the cost of most services provided at The Village at Duxbury—real estate taxes; utilities including water, sewer, electricity, heat and air conditioning; plumbing and electrical repairs; activities; fitness and wellness programs; scheduled transportation; 24-hour security service; 24-hour emergency assistance; landscaping and maintenance; and management fees.
The optional Dining Services Plan and Housekeeping Service give you the choice of additional services. The Dining Services Plan offers 30/31 meals per month in The Café or The Village Dining Room for yourself or guests, lunch or dinner, dining in or for take-out—a flexible program for the way you live. The Housekeeping Service is a weekly light housekeeping that includes linen service for your bed.
